We want your Space to be comfortable and usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes what we have done to make the site accessible, the limitations we know about, and how to contact us if you run into a problem.
1. Accessibility level and standard
We work to make the site meet the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), at level AA. We audited the site against WCAG 2.1 level AA.
To the best of our knowledge, the site meets most of the requirements, except for the limitations listed in Section 4.
2. What we have done
- Text-to-background color contrast of at least 4.5:1 for normal text;
- Full keyboard navigation, including uploading files, opening categories, categorizing businesses and dialogs;
- A clearly visible focus indicator on every element you can reach with the keyboard;
- A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page;
- A logical heading structure, clearly named navigation regions, and the correct language and direction (Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right) on every page;
- Accessible labels for form fields, icon buttons and checkboxes, and text alternatives for meaningful images;
- Dialogs that are announced as dialogs, move focus inside when they open, close with the Esc key, and return focus to where you were;
- Status messages (such as a save confirmation or an error) that screen readers announce automatically;
- Respect for your operating system's "reduce motion" setting: animations are turned off if you ask for that;
- A responsive layout that adapts to phones, tablets and browser text zoom;
- The chart in the Expense Journal is accompanied by a table showing the same data as text.
The site was checked with automated testing tools and by manually navigating with the keyboard, in current versions of Chrome and Edge. It is also designed to work in current versions of Firefox and Safari and with common screen readers.
3. Accessibility overlays
We have not installed an accessibility "overlay" or widget. Instead, we made the site's own code accessible, so it works with your browser and operating-system accessibility settings and with the assistive technology you already use.
4. Known limitations
- Third-party components: the Google Sign-In button, the Paddle checkout and Paddle's subscription-management page are provided by third parties and are not fully under our control. If you have difficulty with any of them, contact us and we will help you complete the action.
- Files: the Excel files you upload are produced by the card companies. The export files the site produces are simple Excel tables but may not meet every accessibility requirement for documents.
- In-place category renaming: category names are renamed by editing them directly in the table. This works with the keyboard, but some screen readers may not announce it clearly.
We keep improving accessibility and re-check the site whenever we make significant changes.
5. Physical accessibility
The Service is provided online only. We have no office or branch open to the public, so there are no physical accessibility arrangements.
6. Contact about accessibility
Ran into an accessibility problem, or need information or a service in another accessible way? We're happy to help. Contact our accessibility coordinator:
