This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how you can cancel a your Space Pro subscription and when you are entitled to a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this Policy limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
1. Who sells the subscription
Pro subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments and issues any refund we approve or that the law requires, to your original payment method. Your receipt from Paddle includes a link to manage your subscription and contact Paddle; you can also get help at paddle.net.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time, in any of these ways:
- From Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription & invoices in the Service;
- Through the link in your Paddle receipt email, or at paddle.net;
- By emailing us at orel.asc11@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Account.
3. What happens when you cancel
3.1. Your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again. Unless Sections 4 or 5 apply, you keep full access to Pro features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no partial refund is given for the remainder of that period.
3.2. Your Account and data are not deleted when you cancel. To delete them, see our Privacy Policy.
4. Statutory cancellation right (distance sale)
4.1. If you are a consumer, under Section 14C of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of the transaction or from the date you received the transaction details, whichever is later (or within any longer period the law provides for you).
4.2. If you cancel within that period, you will receive a refund of the amount paid, less a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, and less any other amount the law permits to be deducted, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010.
4.3. The refund will be processed by Paddle, to your original payment method, within the period required by law.
5. Ongoing subscriptions (continuing transaction)
If you are a consumer to whom Section 13D of the Consumer Protection Law applies, you may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect within the period required by that law (no later than three business days after we or Paddle receive your cancellation notice), you will not be charged for any period after it takes effect, and you will receive any refund that law requires.
6. Other refunds
- Charging errors: if you were charged twice, or charged after a cancellation that had already taken effect, contact us and we will arrange a full refund of the erroneous charge.
- Discontinued service: if we permanently discontinue the Service, or a paid feature central to your subscription, during a period you have paid for, we will arrange a pro-rata refund for the unused part of that period.
- Anything else: other refund requests are considered case by case, at our discretion. Granting one refund does not create an obligation to grant others.
7. Renewals and price changes
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change applies to you, so you can cancel beforehand if you wish. If you cancel after being charged for a renewal, Sections 3 to 6 apply to that renewal.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us or Paddle first; most issues can be resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may lead to suspension of your Pro access while the dispute is investigated. This does not limit any right you have under law.
9. Contact
For any question about cancellation or refunds, contact Orel Ashush at orel.asc11@gmail.com. Please include the email address used for the purchase and, if you have it, your Paddle order number.
